General Management

DEM is available for hire as General Manager. Following years of experience in producing and managing all of our own shows, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the same dedication and experience to other producers. We can tailor-make our work for your show, with fees negotiable on the scale of the production. We can offer everything from organising a workshop, securing a venue, advising and structuring investment, casting, contracting cast, creatives, and investors, sourcing team members and creatives, managing day-to-day operations, payroll and accounting (see below), and much more. Our range of contacts and loyal service-providers means we are able to get discounts and higher quality services that we roll into our offer. Production Accounting

DEM additionally offer Production Accounting services in tandem with or separate to general management. Following training from leading theatrical production accountant Neil Laidlaw, DEM can provide a first class service in operating and collating accounts to prepare reports for investors and auditors, including preparation and optimisation of theatre tax credit filings. We also offer payroll services, completing weekly payroll for all staff and invoices, distributing payslips and adhering to tax regulations. Please contact for more information regarding hire.
