Since our first production in 2014, DEM have supported and developed over 40 artists to their first professional credit. This includes directors, actors, stage management, and designers in set, lighting, costume, and sound. We also aim to engage new and young artists in our work in other ways, through engagement projects in conjunction with our productions. So far this has included LGBTQ+ groups in South West London, and 16-24 year olds in Tottenham Hale, Southwark/Lambeth, and Manchester.
